Trinity Orchestra
Trinity Orchestra was founded in 1980 by John Craven, who was organist of Trinity Church at the time. The orchestra rapidly established itself as the foremost in the area, Ron Corp succeeding John Craven as conductor after John moved to France to work with Strasbourg Opera.
Trinity Orchestra’s membership is made up of professional musicians, music teachers, students and talented amateur players drawn mainly from the local area, highlighting Harrow’s wealth of talent. Each season the orchestra performs a wide range of concerts encompassing music from the eighteenth century to the present day. Each concert is preceded by our popular free pre-concert talk, presented by the conductor, where the audience can find out more about the music and meet the performers.
